He was born in Tanjungkarang on November 13, 1968. He has devoted himself as a teacher or lecturer at UBL since 1991, until now. Apart from teaching at the Graduate Program, so far Yusuf has also consistently taught at the UBL Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). Aside from being a teacher, Yusuf has also held several important positions at the local campus. In 1997-2004 he held the position of Director of the UBL Postgraduate Program. Furthermore, from 2001-2004 Yusuf became Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Then since 2004 until now Yusuf has served as Chancellor of UBL. Yusuf carried out his level of education like the general public. He completed his education at Teladan Tanjungkarang 2 Public Elementary School (SD) in 1980 and completed his further studies at Tanjungkarang 2 Public Middle School in 1983. Furthermore, Yusuf continued his studies at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungkarang and graduated in 1986. After graduating from high school, Yusuf studied at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and completed his bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Social Economy in 1991. Then he continued to study the master program at The Claremont Graduate School USA. Graduate studies (S2) majoring in Management at overseas campuses were completed in 1995. He took the Doctoral program majoring in Business Management at his old campus, the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). The three-level study (S3) was successfully completed in 2013. Some of the organizations he has worked on include the General Chairperson of Tarung Degrees Sports for the Lampung Region from 2002 – now. Furthermore, President of the IMA (Indonesia Marketing Association) Lampung Chapter since 2006 – present and Advisor to the Management of the Lampung Province CSR Forum for the period 2016 – 2021. He was also entrusted as General Chair of ICMI Lampung for the 2017-2022 period. General Chairperson of ADRI (Association of Experts and Lecturers of the Republic of Indonesia) Lampung for the 2017-2021 period. He also served as Chair of the Regional Research Council Coordination Forum (FK-DRD) throughout Sumatra for the 2017-2020 period. Yusuf is also on the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Private Higher Education Association (APTISI) Region II B Lampung for the 2017-2021 period and General Chair of the Lampung Province Indonesian Sports Committee (KONI) for the 2019-2023 period. Apart from these organizations, Yusuf is also a member of several professional organizations. According to him, teaching professional organizations (lecturers) are a must. In several lecturer professional organizations, Yusuf also plays an important role. For example, he served on the Advisory Board for the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA) for the Lampung Chapter for the 2017-2019 period and the Advisory Board for the National Association of Indonesian Economic Scholars (ISEI) for the 2017-2021 period. Yusuf’s dedication has been appreciated by many. In fact, he has been noted to have received the award several times. The awards include: being an official at the 2006 ‘Tarung Derajat’ National Championship R.I President’s Cup at Istora Senayan, Jakarta on 1-3 December 2006. Furthermore, he received an award as a democracy fighter in the 2019 elections given by the Lampung Regional Police Chief, the General Election Commission (KPU) of Lampung Province which was presented by the Governor of Lampung at the Lampung Province Consolidation event. Apart from teaching in class, Yusuf is also often a keynote speaker or moderator in various activities (seminars).
İlkut Elif Kandil Göker was born in 1982 in Elazig. She completed her undergraduate education at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration with honors. She started to work as a research assistant in Harran University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Accounting-Finance Department in 2006 and completed her master’s degree at Harran University Social Sciences Institute. In 2009, she started to work as a research assistant at Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Accounting and Finance. She completed her doctorate education at the same university in 2014. She received the title of Associate Professor in 2015 and Associate Professor in 2020. She was at the University of Western Macedonia in Greece in 2018 and 2022 and at the University of Foggia in Italy in 2019 to teach various courses related to her field within the scope of the Erasmus teaching mobility program. She carries out her academic studies in the field of Finance. She is married, mother of one child.
