English is the official language of the 7th ICEBFG 2026. All abstracts, full papers, presentation materials, and oral presentations should therefore be prepared and delivered in English.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare their manuscripts using the official ICEBFG 2026 paper template provided on the conference website.
Manuscripts should:
- use A4 paper size (210 × 297 mm / 8.27 × 11.69 inches);
- follow the formatting requirements specified in the official conference template;
- contain the paper title, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgements where applicable, and references;
- present tables and figures clearly and in appropriate resolution; and
- not contain page numbers, additional headers, or footers unless specifically required by the template.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the official template without modifying the prescribed formatting.
2. Paper Length
Full papers should normally be limited to a maximum of six (6) pages, including:
- main text;
- figures;
- tables;
- acknowledgements; and
- references.
Authors are encouraged to present their work concisely while maintaining sufficient clarity, academic rigor, and completeness.
3. Language and Proofreading
All manuscripts must be written in clear and academically appropriate English.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts have been carefully reviewed for:
- grammar;
- spelling;
- punctuation;
- clarity of expression;
- consistency of terminology; and
- overall academic presentation.
Submissions containing substantial language or formatting problems may be returned to the authors for revision before further consideration.
4. File Format
Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) using the official ICEBFG 2026 template.
Authors may also be requested to provide a PDF version for review or conference administration purposes.
5. Submission of Papers
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the official ICEBFG 2026 submission channel provided on the conference website.
The submission should include, at minimum:
- title of the paper;
- full name of author(s);
- institutional affiliation(s);
- country;
- corresponding author’s email address;
- abstract;
- keywords; and
- manuscript file.
Authors should ensure that all information provided during submission is complete and accurate.
6. Author Registration
At least one author should complete the required author registration before submitting a manuscript.
Authors should use an active email address, as all correspondence regarding:
- submission confirmation;
- review results;
- revision requests;
- acceptance notification;
- registration; and
- conference presentation
will be communicated through the contact information provided during submission.
7. Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo an academic review process conducted by the conference scientific or reviewing committee.
Manuscripts may receive one of the following decisions:
Accepted
Accepted with Minor Revision
Revision Required
Rejected
Where revisions are requested, authors should submit the revised manuscript within the specified deadline.
8. Final Paper Submission
Authors of accepted papers should submit the final revised version of their manuscript in accordance with the comments of the reviewers and the formatting requirements of the conference.
The final manuscript must:
- follow the official ICEBFG 2026 template;
- incorporate required revisions;
- contain accurate author and affiliation information;
- be carefully proofread; and
- comply with applicable research and publication ethics.
9. Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics
All submissions must represent original scholarly work.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that:
- the manuscript does not contain plagiarism;
- all sources are properly acknowledged and referenced;
- authorship accurately reflects scholarly contributions;
- research data and findings are reported responsibly; and
- the paper does not violate copyright or publication ethics.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject or withdraw submissions that fail to comply with academic integrity requirements.
10. Publication Consideration
Acceptance for presentation at 7th ICEBFG 2026 does not automatically guarantee journal publication.
Selected papers may be invited for further development and possible submission to suitable academic journals. Any subsequent journal submission will be subject to the aims and scope, editorial assessment, peer-review process, publication ethics, and final decision of the respective journal.
